Cam runs a locksmith business in Viceport. He was arrested when he was found running with a safe that he could not open. Cam was sent to jail for ten years for attempted robbery. However, he was busted out by Tommy Vercetti who needed him to be the safecracker for a bank robbery he was pulling. Tommy and Cam pulled off the robbery and left to Cam's place although it depends on the player whether Cam survives the job or not.
