Arwel Wyn Richards (born 25 January 1982 in Carmarthen) is a Welsh festival and event management entrepreneur and known as a playboy with a penchant for fast cars. The founder of the Llandeilo Jazz Festival 2008 and a director of the Swansea Film Festival[1] the Vice-President of which is actor Michael Sheen.
