The Battle of Nu Chalcedonis was a battle of the Earth-Romulan War, taking place in 2159. Earth's 12th Strike Wing, consisting of three squadrons, engaged Romulan forces in the Nu Chalcedonis system. All of the Romulan vessels were destroyed, while Earth forces sustained only light casualties. (FASA RPG: The Romulan War) A modified Daedalus-class cruiser UNSS Arcturus distinguished itself during this battle. ("The USS Arcturus in History") Arcturus was presumably part of one of the squadrons attached to the 12th Strike Wing.
