The Ashar forest was the second largest forest on the planet Maynus. Jaxson Cand resided in the forest from 878 BBY to 875 BBY when he was found and attacked by an indigenous tribe. The forest was relatively clear of the dangerous creatures that resided in many of the other forest found on Maynus. The forest was near the city of Ruan, the Par city that had been attacked by Imperial forces.
