The Mistcaller's Charm is provided by High Crusader Adelard for the quest Mistcaller Yngvar. Fly north to Hrothgar's Landing. On the west side of the island is a small cave. Fly in to the cave and use the charm to reveal the mistcaller. Kill him and head back to the Argent Tournament Grounds.
