Broomscuttle was an old Corporal in the Long Patrol under Lord Brang Forgefire. Diggs claimed that Broomscuttle taught him a lot about tracking, however he was seemingly proved incompetent when Ambrevina Rockflash pointed out that he was heading in the opposite direction than intended.
