Simple and easy quest. Find and talk to the hunter he should be in the middle of the map after passing the bridge around (X:4300 Y:4400) area. He'll tell.. well more like brag about how great he is and you can't do any better. You not wanting this guy to get the better of you accepts the challenge. ENTERS the shooting arena. Everything is pretty easy (from what i remember)
