Rotten Milk is an item in Mother 3, restoring 10 HP to the character it is used on. It can be acquired after the defeat of a Ghost Shield or Zombidillo (a 10% and 5% chance, respectively), or replaces Fresh Milk in a character's inventory if it is not used within a certain period of time.
