Jack Higgins is an SS-Commander of the Wehrmacht and Scorpzi Party. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. After the final war, he was the commander of the Wehrmacht. As overseer of concentration camps, extermination camps, and Einsatzgruppen (literally: task forces, often used as killing squads), he will take action and do what ever it takes to kill the enemy.
