It dropped from Maghda (only the regular, not the Uber variant). When used, it would apply or remove a pair of red butterfly wings with a distinct skull pattern. When obtained, the wings could have been added to the Wardrobe. Only one set of Wings can be used at a time. If equipped, they would have been visible even in character selection screen.
