A combination jutsu of Flying Thunder God and Rasengan. Naruto throws a special Flying Thunder God kunai at his target. Naruto then forms the hand seals (or whatever is needed to perform the Flying Thunder God). The jutsu is completed and Naruto transports to the kunai and begins forming a Rasengan. Naruto then strikes the target with the Rasengan, injuring or killing the target. The whole technique takes about 5 seconds to fully complete. Note: this is after Naruto perfected his Rasengan training so he was able to do it with only hand.
