Despite being Palpatine's genetically enhanced "son", Ukata had come to eventually see Palpatine's Empire as wasteful due to the amount of destruction that it caused and his visions of the future where he was the only human being alive haunted him, Ukata was instead approached by the reborn Sith'ari Darth Bane who claimed that a real Emperor would work to consolidate power but not at his people's expense as such would led to open rebellion, therefore the Sith would have to change their natures to a minor degree to welcome in the prospect of accepting the people that serve them as semi-equal.
