Arbraba Blound, formerly known as Arbraba Rebow, was a female Arkanian and mother of the pirate Tesh Vohore. She died shortly after giving birth to Tesh of an epidemic that swept through the poor sections of Novania. She and her husband, Eradgl Blound handed Tesh over to the doctor who oversaw the operation, Ode Vohore, knowing he would keep him safe.
