Jill Vartos is a character in DEXTER. Jill is a prostitute and one of ten women who were named on the buckets of the Ice Truck Killer, making her one of fifteen known victims to the killer. Her name is revealed in Born Free, alongside the buckets for Teri Ludlow, Guilda Ruppert, Tammy Goode, Heather Costas, Alice Curry, Amy True, and Terry Foster. There are two unknown buckets, as well as a third bucket with blood still present (likely representing Monique). One of the two unknown buckets is Sheri Taylor, the third unfortunate victim shown in the show at the Ice Rink during Popping Cherry.
