Hosi cucumbers are a vegetable native to a planet in the Delta Quadrant. In 2373, Kes grew some Hosi cucumbers in the airponics garden which would then be added to meals that would be prepared by Neelix in the mess hall. However, a batch of cucumbers went to waste when many members of the crew switched to replicated "comfort" foods instead. (VOY short story: "Winds of Change")
