The gender of the quest giver is depending on the Ward's gender, talk to Durlyle if your character is female or Delainy if your character is male. With this historian you should be polite and romantic to gain their help, because if you're impolite when accepting the previous cloak quest, you will NOT receive the Belladonna Flower quest after returning the cloak. A cloak shall be retrieved. Head to Dradeel's Cabin located in the northern half of the island.
