Louis I of Isenburg-Cleberg (German: Ludwig I. von Isenburg-Cleberg) was the Count of Isenburg-Cleberg from 1287 (1286) until 1302. Louis was the second of three sons of Count Henry II of Isenburg-Grenzau. In 1286 Henry partitioned his realm between his sons, with Louis' elder brother Eberhard succeeding his father in Grenzau, Louis obtaining the territories around Büdingen and Cleberg, and Louis' younger brother Gerlach receiving the land around Hönningen in a state known as Isenburg-Arnfels. In 1290 Eberhard died, and Louis inherited those estates. Louis died in 1302 and was succeeded by his Lothar.
