Palingrad is a city of the penguin Motherland on the continent of Acheron. Its name is a reference to the Soviet Union cities of Leningrad and Stalingrad and is a portmanteau of penguin and Stalingrad. The city is only referenced during the Cold War quest, and is not an accessible area within RuneScape.
