After combining Storm Release with Yang Release Natural Energy, Ryuun creates a powerful energy staff capable of cutting through chakra receivers, and even the Truth-Seeking Ball. First Ryuun creates a halo of energy encircles the his hand, then creates the staff as the halo expands; this looks similar to the creation of Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Blade. Ryuun is also able to throw the staff like a boomerang, or a spear, making this weapon extremely useful.
