Galen is a minor character mentioned in the Maker of Sorrows scenario of the Armageddon's Blade campaign in Heroes of Might and Magic III: Armageddon's Blade. If the player clicks on the tavern, they may get the rumor that "It is said that Khazandar apprenticed as a smith under Galen, a smith who built a powerful sword for Lord Haart." This is the only place in the game Galen is mentioned.
