Thomas Teah Tapeh (pronounced TUH-PEH) (born March 28, 1980 in Monrovia, Liberia) is an American football fullback who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round in the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Minnesota. Tapeh has also played for the Minnesota Vikings.
