Nancy Kanter is a producer who worked for Sesame Workshop until 2004, and subsequently Disney. She has served as senior vice president of original programming for Disney Channel, and executive vice president of original programming and general manager for Disney Junior. She produced a number of titles for Sesame Street, and a series of interstitials featuring The Muppets for Disney Junior in 2014 (aired in 2015). Her other credits include The Lion Guard based on Disney's The Lion King, Miles From Tomorrowland, and Sofia the First.
