Sybak, the University Town, is a city well-known for its Imperial Research Academy and great scientists in Tales of Symphonia. The city's library contains a number of rare, historical texts that provide the group with information on Colette Brunel's Chronic Angelus Crystallus Inofficium and later the Kharlan War.
