River looks identical to Derek Vijayakar, a newspaper deliverer from Pleasantview, except that River has thick eyebrows, while Derek has combed eyebrows. They both have the same facial structure as David Thompson and Komei Tellerman. River has blond hair, green eyes, and light skin. He is mostly interested in Money, Travel, Work, and Sci-Fi. Unusually for a pre-made NPC, River has the memory of meeting another NPC, as well as having a pre-set relationship with her. What is even more unusual is that Valerie is a carpool driver and thus, she can not be interacted with.
