Doctor Teidel is a specialist medical doctor from Bethesda Naval Hospital. He put Kyle Chutsky back together after a misadventure in secret ops. Teidel is 5'6", pot-bellied, balding, and wears thick gold-rimmed glasses. He appears in Dexter by Design, having been called in by Chutsky to treat Deborah Morgan after Sergeant Debbie was stabbed.
