See Carmen is the ninth Job mission in Need for Speed: Undercover. Carmen Mendez is the player's contact for this mission. This mission does not feature the Tri-City Bay Police Department as it only features a cutscene. The player has to meet Carmen at a garage where she reveals that she isn't really a member of Hector's crew but she had known him since they were kids and Hector always had time for her.
