When the fragments of the Tablet of Order and Chaos appeared in the Noir dimensions, Osborn ordered Hammerhead Noir and Vulture Noir to obtain them and bring them to him. He also obtained a fragment himself and used it to gain a monstruous appearance, with enhanced strength and durability. When the Tablet's influence was removed Goblin returned to his Semi freakish/super human form and, according to the credits, he has been put back to work at the circus.
