Rakhar, located in the Rakhari sector, was an inhabited M Class planet in the Gamma Quadrant and the homeworld of the Rakhari species. Nehelik Province was an area in the southern hemisphere of the planet. Although Croden tells Odo in "Vortex" that Changelings used to live on Rakhar centuries ago until they were persecuted and driven off the planet, his story turned out to be a lie to get Odo's attention.
