Sullah was one of Abigail Harper's associates. Jack Bauer and Abigail Harper drove to Sullah's garage after the truck they were driving carrying the nuclear cruise missiles was damaged. Once they arrived, Sullah threatened to kill them unless they left, not wanting to get involved in whatever trouble Harper and Bauer were in. Harper managed to convince Sullah to stay at his garage after bribing him with a large sum of money and diamonds. After receiving the diamonds, Sullah informed Bauer and Harper of the various tools and weapons within his garage they could use to fend off Newbold's mercenaries. Once they were equipped, Sullah set a few traps and left the garage. (Rogue)
