SM UB-29 was a German Type UB II submarine or U-boat in the German Imperial Navy () during World War I. The U-boat was ordered on 30 April 1915 and launched on 31 December 1915. She was commissioned into the German Imperial Navy on 18 January 1916 as SM UB-29. The submarine sank 31 ships in 17 patrols for a total of . UB-29 was sunk by two depth charges from HMS Landrail south of Goodwin Sands at on 13 December 1916.
