Do not translate and similar variants are a placeholder name used for items and entities which should not be translated by Jagex's localisation team. The items are usually unobtainable in RuneScape and cannot be right-clicked or examined. While unobtainable, these items can sometimes be mentioned using Quick Chat and could appear in the Grand Exchange as a result of a glitch.
