The Pearl of Patience was a pink gem offered by Princess Kneesaa for Wicket, in return of his loyalty to "Princess" Latara. Latara believed that a princess' life was too easy. So, Kneesaa allowed her the title of Princess for only one day, in order to show her how hard it was to be a real princess.
