A powerful brick of C4 equipped with a time-delay detonator. It was the most powerful varient of manually placed explosive at the time of it's deployment. Due to it's power it is ideal for dealing significant damage to buildings by placing it on a Master Control Terminal. As with other manual explosives of the era it can only be defused with a Repair Gun .
