The mayor of Cebalrai is a superstitious old man, who appears to be the only one in the village who knows about the End Magnus hidden in Moonguile Forest. He ordered Kalas and Xelha not going to the forest and not disturbing the evil powers sealed within it. Nevertheless, they went to Moonguille Forest and released the End Magnus. Furious, the mayor scolded them saying that they've awakened the powers of an evil god of old and ordered them to stay away from Cebalrai (although one can visit the village any time).
