This is the Cargo Bay Screen, in this case showing that all three bays are currently empty on your Starbase. This is where you prepare ships for travel, move cargo onto and off, or scrap a ship you no longer need. You can move between the Cargo Bays of other planets by clicking the small globe by holding the A Button and pressing up or down. There are also quick links to the Navigation, Government, Buy, as well as War Buy Screens on the right.
