Norman Boswell "Hec" Fowler (b. October 14, 1892 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan - d. July 30, 1987 in Peterborough, Ontario) was a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender, most notably for the Victoria Cougars of the Pacific Coast Hockey Association.
