Confrontation Between Ziva and Ray Cruz is a confrontation that occurred in January 2012 between NCIS Special Agent Ziva David and her boyfriend, Ray Cruz. The confrontation which took place as a result of Cruz being the one responsible for killing Navy Lieutenant Maya Burns and Barry Norton ended with Ziva breaking up with Cruz for good while Cruz was arrested and presumably imprisoned for killing an American citizen on American soil.
