IRW Victorious was an Amarcan-class warbird which became operational in 2344 or shortly prior to that date. The Victorious served as General Volskiar's flagship during the first major operation involving Amarcan-class ships, the year 2344's attack on the Klingon outpost at Narendra III. Following engagements with the Romulan vessel IRW Honor Blade and the Federation starship USS Enterprise-C in the course of that operation, the Victorious was one of three (out of an original seven) to return to Romulus, and the only one to return without major damage.
