The Scalchop King Competition is a tournament held in Scalchop Island. The competition is for female Oshawotts and Dewotts and for male Oshawotts and Dewotts. Whoever is crowned the king or queen of the competition is the winner. The prize is a golden scalchop made by an artist on the island and the privilege to become the island's symbol for next year's competition.
