The Diluculo sector was the Imperial capital sector during the aftermath of the Galactic Civil War upon abandoning the Coruscant sector to the Rebellion. Prior to the Rebellion, the Diluculo sector was overtaken by an Imperial expedition, who worked with the Chiss outside of the Ascendancy to make the sector capable of supporting life. Reports prior to its occupation described it as a self-sufficient sector that eventually became the center of a major Imperial supply line.
