DR-Genome (do not confuse with "Doctor Genome") is one of the four gatekeepers systems in Custom Robo Arena that unlocks the door to the third floor under the NeoBrain Research Lab in Encephalon Isle. It is the western system and the last that can be fought. The final gatekeeper uses a Zola and a V Laser Gun. When the hero beats it, the System J is activated.
