Orstand was a respected member of the Council of Santhenar and an old friend of Mendark. She was widely recognized as the Council member with the greatest mind and was a Just that sat during the Great Conclave. She survived the breaking of the Conclave, however, she died during the escape from the Magister's Citadel to the Wharf City.
