Six wonder body formers are dropped on the ground under player characters upgrading from previous versions of Elona to 1.41 or 1.42. They are unobtainable otherwise. Each one let's the player add a specific body part according to own choice, using them will open up a menu where you choose which part to add, this menu can be cancelled without losing one item.
