The American pilot Blaster Keaton is an iconic character who appears in all but one of the Sonic Wings games; he is most recognizable in the cyborg body he wears subsequent to the original Sonic Wings. Keaton was formerly a soldier in the United States military who fought in Operation Desert Storm. Blaster has a younger brother, Zapper, who takes over his mission in Sonic Wings and who is nearly identical to Blaster in appearance.
