Vrelk was the Controller of a Malon export vessel, eleventh gradient in early 2375. Vrelk led an unsuccessful mission to attempt to steal the only multispatial probe of the USS Voyager which was trapped in the atmosphere of a gas giant. He saw the probe as appropriate compensation for the destruction of another export starship that had been destroyed in an earlier attempt to steal the probe. (VOY: "Extreme Risk") Vrelk was played by actor Hamilton Camp. He filmed his scenes on Tuesday 30 June 1998 on Paramount Stage 16.
