Spenzer Roderick III was the former Chief Minister of Mitrania and an influential politician in local Mitranian affairs. A member of the Roderick political dynasty, Roderick III also served on the City Council of Graaffsberg, and as the Chairman of the Mitranian Party Finance Committee for the Fascist Authority Party.
