Dawull is first among the chiefs in the Court of the Rogue under Kayfer Deerborn. He governs over Waterfront District, the only district of the rogue which doesn't correspond with those of the Provost's Guard. Dawull holds court at the Fog Lantern, which is in the Flash guard district His people include Aniki Forfrysning, Bold Brian, Reed Katie, Lady May and Fiddlelad. Dawull has red hair. He is quite big and strong. He only appears in Terrier.
