Carnevale was the Forward from the Serie A winning team - US Lecce in Captain Tsubasa 5. Being known for his strong physique, Carnevale has played his way through from Serie B alongside Mancini and Bruno to promoting Lecce to Serie A. Initially, detesting Tsubasa Ozora for taking up a player spot from his fellow buddy from the original Serie B team, Carnevale eventually realized Tsubasa's abilities after the match against Inter Milan. Later, Mancini and Carnevale is selected into the Italian national team.
