Gould IV was a planet which was home to a race of highly evolved and sagacious kumquats. The palace on the planet's main continent had its famous throne room and somewhat less famous antechamber stolen. Space Patrol sent Cadet Rufus Q Shupilluliumash to investigate. During his brief visit to Gould IV, he was arrested twice and ejected from the planet.
