Arbogasque's Home is a home located in Dreughside, outside the city of Wayrest, Stormhaven. It appears to be an inn with a sign hanging outside, but when the Vestige enters the building, it is a refugee center for the citizens of Dreughside during the attack of the dreugh. Sergeant Stegine can be found outside the building.
